When browsing our website, you can provide us with your personal data in case you want to apply for a job position within Cloud-R or send us messages using the contact form on our website. In these cases, the data you will need to provide will be personal data (name, surname, date of birth, city and country of residence), your email address, curriculum vitae, data relating to your qualifications and professional experience.
Titles and references to the authors of texts made public by the authors themselves, such as scientific publications, degree theses and research results, can be used as bibliographic references.
Special categories of personal data
When using the "Work with us" section of the website, there may be the possibility that the Curriculum provides data that fall within the special categories of personal data listed in art. 9.1 GDPR:
- Personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin.
- Political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs.
- Trade union membership.
- Data concerning health, natural person's sex life or sexual orientation.
Cloud-R asks that you do not disclose any such types of personal data, unless you consider this to be strictly necessary. Indeed Cloud-R remind you that if you disclose such special categories of personal data in absence of an explicit consent to process them, we may not in any case be held liable and cannot receive complaints in this regard because in such case the processing is permitted as it is based on the fact that you have publicly disclosed this information, according to Art. 9(1)(e) of the GDPR. In any case, Cloud-R would stress the importance of providing your explicit consent to process this sort of personal data, if you decide, nonetheless, to share it.

The list of data processors can be requested from Cloud-R.
Do we transfer your data to third countries?
The collected data will be stored on our servers located within the European Economic Area (EEA). Cloud-R ensures that in case of sharing personal data outside the EEA the transfer will be made on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses in the European Commission Decision 2010/87 / EU of February 5, 2010. A copy of the aforementioned guarantees can be obtained by sending a specific request to Cloud-R.
